Public Utilities Commission (PUC) Releases Tentative Implementation Order
The Public Utilities Commission (PUC), in response to the new responsibilities outlined in Act 13, has released a Tentative Implementation Order. This order provides the views on the provisions of Act 13 and how they will be implemented by the PUC. Rural Drinking Water Study Released
The Center for Rural Pennsylvania released the results of a study on “The Impact of Marcellus Gas Drilling on Rural Drinking Water Supplies”. The Center for Rural Pennsylvania is a bipartisan, bicameral legislative agency that serves as a resource for rural policy within the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
